I managed, marketed, coordinated, and facilitated an extensive program portfolio and designed and executed an experiential learning program, among other responsibilities. I conducted several process improvements to improve the user experience and assisted in setting and maintaining learning and development standards while implementing branding to cultivate a culture of empowered learners.
