While starting my working career in High School, I was attracted to the fast paced food industry. Through this, I have been able to create valuable connections with many customers and families that come into the restaurants. These connections have led me to value human interactions and the people behind the business. When you value the people that you work with you can inspire other employees and motivate everyone on the team to work together towards a common goal. Through appreciation for staff members, a strong belief in human power and a resilient work ethic, I'm excited and motivated to add to the field of Human Resources.To enhance my career in this growing field I have taken it upon myself to expand my knowledge through Human Resources at St. Lawrence College.
