I am an Environmental Technologist and Consultant with Eco Abate Inc., specializing in management of hazardous materials such as asbestos and mould, as well as air quality testing services.

Experience as a physics Teaching Assistant at UBCO necessitated flexibility, teamwork, and strong communication skills. This position required the ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong organization and communication skills, with delivery of materials both online and in person.

Anticipating and addressing customer needs, and providing high-end service in a fast-paced environment. The use of effective communication with the kitchen, service and managerial staff was crucial to maintaining the flow of dining service and a high level, fine dining guest experience.

One-on-one tutor in subjects including Math, Chemistry and Biology at a Grade 12 level in Alberta. This involved delivery of material in both an online and in-person format. This position required explaining, and often reframing ideas for understanding and fortifying concepts. Mistakes were corrected in a constructive manner, and a positive, growth-oriented atmosphere was promoted.

Scheduling for upwards of 100 guests daily both over the phone and online, as well as distributing takeout orders and taking payment. Head Hostess position included undertaking primary responsibility for the organization and management of reservations and walk-ins, as well as training and supporting new hosts and bussers.
