Service the accounts of existing clientele for McGriff Insurance Services, a Truist organization. Receive phone calls, answer questions, process and resolve customer service requests and problems. Order and process policy renewals and changes. Provide certificates of insurance. Analyze coverages, identify gaps and offer solutions to client as needed.

Train and educate agents in the Policy Center system via TC, a chat resource to support agents learning a new computer system. Develop and coordinate onboarding for TC team members. Coach team members on TC Tracker accuracy and creating positive agent interactions. Partner with management and Communications Lead to provide project updates to team.
