As the Head of Distribution & Strategic Partnerships (including Maker’s JV with PewDiePie) at Maker Studios, I played an integral role in standing up the studio’s distribution footprint and driving expansion across key commercial partnerships globally. During this time, I was successful in licensing and launching gaming and entertainment channels on multiple services, diversifying revenue by adding new revenue streams, and releasing a mobile game that reached #1 on the iOs chart upon launch and stands at 22+M downloads-to-date. Prior to Maker I was an executive with The Walt Disney Company, where as VP of Business Strategy, Planning and Development for ABC Family (Freeform), I built and advanced the network's digital and multiplatform strategy, directing new investment, identifying new launches, and leading the TV Everywhere initiative. I led the business strategy to significantly increase original content on the network. In an earlier role as VP, Disney Media Networks/ Disney ABC Television Group, I served as Chief of Staff for the Co-Chair and President (a $19B revenue division with 10k employees), where I ensured the successful and timely execution of strategic initiatives across Distribution, Brand, Programming and Product. Before joining Disney, I held roles at Miramax Films, and Goldman, Sachs & Co.
