• Managed projects with budgets in excess of $10 million dollars, ensuring completion on time and within the approved budget, making sure we are always looking for cost reduction and revenue generating opportunities.• Led an agile project team to implement an ITIL and project management solution, ServiceNow, over the course of a year to Harland Clarke Holding’s various operating companies. Conducted sprint planning, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming, and daily scrums.• Brought into a struggling marketing project to develop a new product offering for our clients. After six months, strategizing, and putting together our project plan we were able to complete the project successfully on time, on budget, and without scope creep.• Managed various IT security initiatives to ensure that our internal networks were safeguarded. The team completed this project ahead of schedule and under budget – a true success! • Led a business intelligence team in an agile project to develop a new set of reports for one of Harland Clarke Holding’s operating companies. • Documented all of our marketing product processes in Visio flowcharts as well as a corresponding word document documenting all of the findings. All the process improvements were put into place, essentially reducing the number of errors on a monthly basis by nearly 100%.• Continually improved existing project management processes and documentation, allowing us to execute more efficiently.• Utilized popular tools, such as: Rally, MS Project Server, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.• Indirectly responsible for IT project releases, ensuring they tied with the existing release management cycles, ensuring to avoid any blackout dates.

[Contract through Robert Half Technology]• Designed the application and server CMDB (configuration management database) in Service Now. Upon completion of the enhancement the IT management/stakeholders would have a better look at their assets/configuration items as well as their dependencies. The project would considerably lower downtime.• Streamlined the acquisition’s team’s side projects to ensure they were completed by the end of 2015. This required clear communication, attainable goals, holding people accountable for their deliverables, and establishing clear deadlines.• Collaborated with the specialty services team to document their processes and create reports in regards to the specialty services offered. • Designed and documented the Hubble diabetic retinopathy camera processes. Wrote the business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and training materials. I also became one of the main contacts for Hubble.• Designed a database solution for the ARMA report that allowed us to see what software was installed on each computer for auditing purposes.• Managed the remote office SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) implementation with the lead PM over at Optum. I would run weekly reports to show our status, discover bottlenecks, and then recommend ways to resolve the issues.• Created various reports directly for management for their review using data out of SQL, Service Now, and Microsoft Access.

[Contract through Roth/Ledgent]• Lead the launches into the Walmart.com and Staples marketplace from a BSA perspective. Worked with the management from Walmart.com and Staples to ensure a smooth transition into the marketplace as well as train our departments. • Involved in meetings with executive leadership regarding marketplace deployment and to develop a strong strategy for 2015.• Lead a project from a PM and BSA perspective that allowed us to streamline the POs (Purchase Orders) and warehouse workflow; effectively reducing the risk of human error and ensuring that all our packages were shipped in a timely matter. The project allowed us to better maintain compliance with the marketplaces to avoid chargebacks as well as the timely submission of ASNs (Advanced Shipment Notices.) • Managed a project that would allow the company to obtain a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and move away from Salesforce. Documented requirements and provided in-depth research on the possible CRM solutions by providing a product ranking as well as documentation of the risks involved. Prepared the business as well as technical teams by outlining the path to migrate our data from Salesforce to the chosen CRM. Worked with various major vendors (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and Genesys) on the RFP (Request for Proposal) as well as coordinating demos to obtain the most customizable solution for our needs. • Provided production support to various business departments. Worked closely with the developer to ensure that the issue was properly addressed within a timely manner allowing minimal to no downtime for the business. Ensured that the ZenDesk ticket stayed up-to-date and that all steps of the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) were followed regardless of issue size. Issues involved: systematic errors, process errors, user training, researching all chargebacks, providing data cleanup, determining why backorders weren’t processed, and many more areas.

• Created a detailed business plan that allowed us to create a solid business model. The business plan also included our strategic vision, product offerings, short and long-term goals, financials, and forecasting. • Managed the re-branding / re-launch of the studio to ensure that we met our deadline.• Developed all document templates for use in projects to ensure consistency across the organization.• Performed market research analysis to determine demographics, competitors, and market stability.• Performed SWOT analysis, which allowed us to identify risks and create an action plan in order to mitigate any issues.• Created a Disaster Recovery Plan as well as a Service-Level Agreement (SLA.)• Evaluated and coordinated with third-party vendors to determine which programs would be beneficial to the business.• Developed SQL database using historical QuickBooks and Excel data. The historical data included approximately 7000 customers, 20000 transactions, 30 product lines, 10 services, 200 accessories, and 25 employees.• Performed data integrity checks to ensure all data placed into the system was accurate and not overlapping. • Setup SQL databases, created stored procedures, created views, and created reporting for use in business decision making.• Developed marketing materials for use in direct mail, web site, newsletter, tradeshows, and point of purchase.

• Managed a project portfolio of up to ten projects concurrently in accounting, call contact center, credit, distribution, electronic data interchange (EDI), infrastructure, logistics, marketing, new media, sales, and supply chain.• Lead project teams including developers, quality assurance analysts, help desk analysts, release control, and other project stakeholders through multiple stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).• Implemented projects that streamlined product distribution and standardized record keeping for six warehouses, which resulted in cost savings in excess of $500,000 per year.• Implemented a set of projects that allowed customers to download statements in various formats (CSV, Excel, and PDF) and improved security through our e-commerce web site. This allowed us to provide our customers up-to-the-minute information and save $250,000 per year in paper and postage costs.• Created project documentation for use by all project managers to facilitate process improvement.• Designed small solutions for internal SharePoint 2010 site as well as providing ideas on how to expand and future scalability. • Created user guides and other technical manuals for use in training for all new projects.• Trained business and technical stakeholders in the use of new functionality developed with each new project.• Worked closely with QA to develop test plans and help facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).• Worked closely with vendors to ensure we chose the best software product that met our needs.• Synchronized data between legacy in-house PICK application and CRM Goldmine system.

• Performed project management tasks from inception to deployment on various client-facing and internal applications in an Agile and Waterfall environment within strict time constraints. • Lead for the Surveillance data repository system – involved in enhancement projects, training, user guides, documentation, upgrades, maintenance, and overall production support as well as the main contact for the business.• Lead a project that streamlined data between the Surveillance system, the internal CDO Suite, and the external/Investor facing web site, eTrustee.net. By doing this, we were able to improve overall internal productivity by approximately 35% and allow our external clients to easily access up-to-date underlying asset information via eTrustee.net.• Worked on the data migration from LaSalle Bank to Bank of America in 2009, which required that I be involved in planning, testing, and validation of the Surveillance database and system.• Created new processes to streamline the workflow as well as helped in implementing a new release control process.• Lead project team and acted as business analyst to successfully design CDO File Share, an intranet site using SharePoint 2007, which allowed the department to effectively manage documents within their specified teams in a centralized location; cutting down on the time taken to organize documents and share them across different teams and platforms.• Wrote process flows, business requirements, use cases, and test cases for various projects within the Structured Investment (ABS, CDO, & MBS) Departments.• Resolved technical production issues in a fast paced and deadline driven environment, providing necessary support to the business users within the guidelines of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).• Created and modified Investor Reports using Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and SQL on a SQL Server platform.• Designed, coded, created, and maintained the first Intranet web portal for the CDO Department.

• Created and modified graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for the KCET-TV web site.• Worked on site updates, as well as image editing, for the KCET-TV sites, including the award winning (Peabody, Emmy) and nominated (Webby, EPpy) “A Place of Our Own” and “los Niños en su casa.”• Edited raw video in Adobe Premiere to be used on KCET-TV web site, such as: Los Angeles Mayoral Election of 2005.• Developed a database solution using MS Access that allowed New Media to take all of their incoming e-mail inquiries and easily put them into the database. Reports were also created.
