I am a Professional Certified Coach, Corporate Trainer and seasoned 'edutainer' specialising in the neuroscience of leadership. Having a background in Nursing and clinical education, I founded InspirAction Group in 2002 with a view to marry the science with the art of professional development. I believe that leaders who don't know how the brain works are at a disadvantage and that understanding the brain is the key to unlocking performance and achieving cultural change in months, not years. I am currently contracted as the Head of Learning APAC for the NeuroLeadership Institute.My training is entertaining, engaging and pragmatic. Programs covering aspects such as Coaching Essentials, Staying Resourceful, The Neuroscience of Trust and Outsmart Your Brain can be tailored to meet the needs of the specific organisation. I have more than 6000 hours of coaching experience across a broad client base, from small business owners to CEOs. In 2012, I was one of 14 coaches, selected worldwide, to coach at The Richard Branson School for Entrepreneurs in South Africa. I have personally mentored more than 200 coaches to successfully obtain their ICF Credential.I am committed to my personal and professional development and 'walk the talk' by embracing regular coaching supervision, attending conferences and relevant training to maintain currency.
