Responsible for customizing sales and marketing programs of wine suppliers for key accounts. Establishes a professional relationship with suppliers, internal managers, external promotional companies, Sales Representatives and key accounts resulting in growth of sales volume, distribution and promotional activity.Maintains existing accounts and provides customer service in accordance with the Company’s customer service philosophy and standards. As part of the customer service team for the airline and airport my daily responsibilities included:• Loaded/unloaded, serviced, guided, and directed customer aircraft.• Safeguarded customers' baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage and/or destruction.• Lifted, loaded/unloaded, sorted and transferred passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company materials in and out of aircraft bins, belt loader or baggage carts in a safe manner.• Operated push-back equipment and maintained visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure the push-back equipment was free of any danger.• Received and recorded Customer baggage, airfreight, mail and company materials as required.• Picked up, delivered, and transported cargo and baggage to and from the aircraft.
