Current- Establish work procedures and standards to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of systems, document all processes in use or developed, ensure policies and procedures are current and accessible.
- Maintain the structure of attributes, fields, code tables, business rules, and other functions across all
- Development systems, ensuring the creation of effective and consistent analysis and reporting, includingusers and security groups.
- Create and run audits for all systems ensuring data entry quality control and data structure integrity.Including but not limited to finding and resolving duplicate entries, invalid addresses, address changes,proper.
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc data queries, analysis, and list reviews and clean-up for members of theDevelopment Team.
- Provide training, support, and ongoing tips for staff performing data entry in systems to ensure thatconstituent and gift data is accurate and standardized for the creation of effective reporting.
