I approached this role as an advisor to clients and agents, and as a project manager internally. Designed loan tracking and CRM systems in an effort to strive for “over-communication,” which was integral to my team’s success. Attention to detail at all stages of the loan process: careful review of contracts and applications, as well as upfront discussion and planning for each unique loan scenario, so that each borrower experiences a smooth journey to approval and closing. Since thorough guideline and market knowledge is essential, I continuously researched pertinent news (whether economic, governmental, guideline-related, or program-related) in order to focus on communication, transparency and educating the client.

As a passion project, I temporarily took on an additional position representing Copper’s financial education in the north Atlanta area. In this position I had the opportunity to network with high school teachers and administration, run financial literacy workshops with students, and learn policies and procedures in both public and private school environments.

Assisted a company-wide top producer in loan tasks, particularly related to legal disclosures, contract review, marketing/relationships, as well as managing the CRM. Also assisted in research and implementation of a new company-wide CRM and marketing service.

Work varied from input into forecasting projects and work on our economic indicator database to general marketing data analysis/visualization. My favorite project in this position focused on HUD housing market data and homeowners' recent consumer trends, in which I compiled research and data regarding these trends. I was able to present this research to the entire department and management.

Most work included ad hoc research and data organization, analysis, and visualization for both the COO and Managing Director. The role developed into overseeing the design of a new CRM database and MIS reports for prospect and client tracking.

Primary role was leading analysts through the analysis process, giving feedback, and managing the economic team's schedule. During time as manager I started a firm-wide Economic Newsletter.
