To ensure cohesion within the growing design team, I developed a comprehensive style guide, fostering collaboration and consistency in the app's design elements and interactions. This commitment to refining and elevating the user experience extended to the redesign of the website, resulting in increased user engagement and positive feedback.Today, my impact on the product's success goes beyond design. In a strategic Product Management role, I led the redesign of the onboarding process for new business customers, making it efficient, intuitive, and conducive to a positive first impression. I also successfully oversaw the development and implementation of a KYC manager, significantly shortening the onboarding process and driving positive user feedback, ultimately contributing to increased adoption rates.

In my role as a dedicated product designer, I took charge of shaping the original brand's identity, crafting elements such as the logo and brand guidelines that continue to resonate with users today. This effort reflects the enduring appeal and recognition the brand enjoys. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing a strong online presence by designing the initial website and app Minimum Viable Product (MVP), providing a solid foundation for the product's successful launch.
