Attending a French school and graduating from an international school exposed me to diverse perspectives, allowing me to connect with people from various backgrounds and adapt to different environments seamlessly.My commitment to community and youth development began early when I established a program in high school to coach underprivileged kids in Addis Ababa. This experience inspired me to pursue sports management in college, where I was a student-athlete, and continue my coaching journey in the U.S. I frequently travel to Ethiopia to build networks within the soccer industry and deepen my knowledge of sports management, aiming to unlock the immense potential within the Ethiopian and African soccer markets.Currently, I am looking to gain experience in the sports and entertainment industry, with a specific focus on talent management, soccer/sports agency environments, and sports marketing. I am particularly interested in developing skills in contract negotiation and managing talent, aiming to bridge the gap between athletic potential and professional success. Additionally, I am committed to making an impact on the development of the African football industry.As a global citizen with multilingual and multicultural competencies, I am uniquely positioned to contribute to the growth and development of sports management on an international scale.
