CurrentDevelop sharp, concise value propositions for each member category.Help create new organizational strategies and monitor and help achieve existing strategic plan objectives and key marketing initiatives.Develop membership sales campaigns and strategies and oversee their implementation.Work with Department Heads to enhance member servicing and assure member satisfaction.Lead the development of products and services to create enhanced value for each member segment.Develop pricing strategies for member benefit programs and dues structures.Develop retention programs to optimize retention rates among member base in all categories.Manage the Membership Committee, various member councils, and create other industry volunteer groups to provide additional engagement opportunities.Contribute to the growth of the TIA by initiating relevant marketing partnerships, affinity programs and alliances.Keep abreast of developments in the industry by regular participation in industry networking and events.Manage a support staff in fulfillment of the Membership Department responsibilitiesParticipate in TIA events, shows and other activities to nurture relationships with members and provide support as needed.
