Senior Project Manager successfully completing over 20 projects working in both Clinical applications and Cyber security space. Recent deployments include a full software version and hardware upgrade to the Midas application. This tool is used to create and submit all the necessary reporting to the government regulatory agencies. The hardware upgrade consisted of server requisition and build, storage procured and allocated, software install and a data copy from existing environments to the new. This was for all three Midas environments (Production, Test, and Train).In the cyber security space I have successfully completed an enterprise roll out to over 53,000 machines of IE11 and the stand up of Web monitoring appliances in our data center.I successfully completed seven projects EHR (Electronic Health Record) implementations.Coordinated the various components involved in evaluating vendors through the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) request process to select software used in an effort to solicit providers to join the Dignity Health Network. As a result of this evaluation, Hub Spot was selected. Managed several different aspects of establishing the statement of work, but, due to insufficient funding from the business, this project was eventually canceled. Managed various components involved in evaluating GeoPointe mapping software and Jitterbitt extract, transform and load tool (for loading third party provider demographic information into Salesforce) through the PPM request process. Salesforce is an enterprise database housing provider demographic information for Dignity Health. Evaluation components included Project analysis, contract negotiations, required security reviews, Lawson, and privacy impact assessment. As a result Dignity Health purchased and deployed this software respectively. Currently, manage the vendor relationships for both GeoPointe and Jitterbit.

Served as Seibel expert for Cummins, Inc. (Columbus, IN) on their Seibel 8.1 Hi-Tech project; advised the client on best practices regarding the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; provided leadership to technical consultants developing the end-solution. Maintained functional and technical specifications documentation; developed training materials for end users. Led the integration of Direct TV (El Segundo, CA) proof of concept for their customer service and order entry system; utilized Seibel 7.8 communications in this effort. Collaborated with key stakeholders and internal teams to design and build two interfaces; utilized Siebel best practices for web services design and integration objects, workflows and data maps in the design; assisted in configuration of prototypes.
