My duties among others include the following: - Ability to use advanced functionalities to resolve problems, queries and produce multiple reports by use of report writer, SQL and Crystal reporting - Ability to do change management needs analysis such as test, implementation, review, upgrade, migration, run patches, update, mirroring and systems integration - Ability to understand business process, document the process and model the process - Understanding of desktop support policy, process and systems and/or the ability to update, install and configure client software and hardware Ability to perform most activities in business intelligence such business analysis, MIS and reporting as well as most activities in systems and application development such as design, specifications, customization, databases and testing - Database System administration - Administration of systems running on network environments such as electronic banking, HR payroll system, Online Leave application, ACCPAC, Pandora and D-bit. - Creating workflows for system analysis, designs and implementations - Creating User manuals for the systems and applications used in the bank.
