My primary responsibility was recruiting and training a highly qualified staff, capable of teaching telemark skiing at all levels, then setting the example by sharing my passion for the sport of skiing. The operations of conducting the High Adventure Series of telemark workshops included promotion, registration, class assignments, clinicing and conducting.

I was a lead guide for guests and members of the Over the Hill Gang Ski Team to experience the variety of snow conditions and terrain at Copper Mountain Resort. This included guiding powder tours as well as coaching alpine ski racing for skiers over 50 and masters racers in the Copper Mountain business league and Nastar racing programs.
