CurrentKen is based in Walkers' Dublin office and works in the listing team.Ken has been active in the listings business in Dublin since 2005 acting for issuers from domiciles worldwide and covering a broad range of specialist debt transactions and investment funds. Our Irish Stock Exchange listing services are provided by Walkers Listing Services Limited. We are one of the leading Irish listing agents with a wealth of transaction experience facilitating listings on the Euronext Dublin's Main Securities Market (regulated market) and the Global Exchange Market. We regularly act as listing agent to transactions including European and U.S. originated CLOs, auto loan receivables, catastrophe bonds, Islamic bonds or "sukuk", corporate debt, ABS, ECA financing vehicles, sovereign bonds, green bonds and MTN programmes. We also act as listing sponsor to Irish regulated funds and international funds pursuing a wide variety of investment strategies
