My role involved building a research and training company around Lencioni’s comprehensive body of work, spearheading the launch of "Getting Naked: A Business Fable About Shedding The Three Fears That Sabotage Client Loyalty."Recognizing the shifting tides in publishing, I saw the emerging necessity for industry experts to have dedicated marketing representation.
