As the founder and managing director of TransCultural Group (TCG), I have over 11 years of experience in providing professional and tailored cross-cultural development programs for executives and young adults from diverse backgrounds and industries. I am passionate about enhancing the cultural intelligence (CQ) and leadership skills of my clients, who come from over 30 countries and represent various sectors, such as IT, education, healthcare, and finance.
