With close to 3 yrs at Checkr, Inc., my focus was on corporate social responsibility and buildign a corporate foundation from scratch, emphasizing the integration of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) into business practices. Collaboratively, my team spearheaded social impact strategies that created substantial, measurable change.At the heart of my work is a commitment to human-centered solutions that empower marginalized communities and catalyze economic mobility.
