I have extensive background in both mechanical components and electrical controls design. This gives me the unique ability to approach a task from different viewpoints at the same time which often saves valuable time. Mechanically, I am comfortable with all aspects from design to fabrication to implementation. I am very hands-on and prefer to be very involved at all levels of a project. I am an experienced machinist, welder, and general mechanic. Electrically, I am equally comfortable at all levels from drawing schematics to field wiring to PLC and HMI programming. From a troubleshooting standpoint, my dual background gives me the advantage to quickly determine the difference between a controls problem and a mechanical one and get the situation resolved in a timely manner.
