Team member of Mercury Systems Engineering Services group, supporting mechanical design efforts for multiple RF microwave products at the Advanced Microelectronics Center (AMC) facility. Responsible for maintaining and implementing documentation control of engineering components and assembly drawings as well as related technical documentation.• Streamlined the Carrier/Noise Generator (CNG) Test Set to decrease parts count, reduce cost, and increase reliability. • Created a photo-illustrated CNG assembly manual to aid new assembly personnel during a 29 unit high volume production run and tight three month delivery deadline.• One of a five person team that collaborated on a three month effort to migrate the product databases of Micronetics, Inc. and Stealth Microwave, Inc. into Mercury’s Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, for an on-time launch of June 1, 2014 at the Hudson, NH facility.• Coordinated redesign and document control efforts with Electrical Engineers on legacy product lines from three separate companies, Micronetics, Stealth Microwave and Microwave Video Systems, Inc., through corporate acquisitions; redesign was completed within a one year period.• Processed Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) using Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, completing the most urgent requests within an eight hour time frame.

Engineering team member responsible for the mechanical design of an aircraft mounted RF module subsystem used as a component of commercial aircraft broadband and satellite TV communications by one of our major customers. • Created mechanical part and assembly drawings for RF microwave switches, Voltage-Controlled Oscillators (VCOs) and RF noise & test products.• Applied SolidWorks 3D skillset that improved overall design integrity by allowing thermal and mechanical design simulations during product development.• Reduced Printed Circuit (PC) board design time by using PADS PowerLogic and PowerPCB, allowing in-house design of PC boards.
