Interactive Storytelling Curator/ Co-FounderStory Code Sf Aug 2013 - Aug 2018San Francisco Bay AreaStory Code (http://storycode.org/) is a monthly show-n-tell of great storytelling done through new platforms. It exists at the intersection of filmmaking, technology and interactive storytelling.StoryCode started in NYC a year ago and since has launched chapters in DC, Paris, LA and now SF (https://www.facebook.com/StoryCodeSF). Each month StoryCode presents an interactive storyteller who describes their work for about 30 minutes with QA afterwards. Focus is on techniques for using new platforms, understanding audience needs, testing, and overall vision for how new platforms and story can mesh. Story Code chapters record these talks for posterity, with the idea of creating a global repository of new media storytelling techniques. (see: http://storycode.org/case_studies).
