Pharmacy eCommerce Solutions Responsible for system architecture, project management and project reporting for a team of 20 that provided web sites and services to pharmacies, their consumers and the pharmaceutical industry. Responsible for the integration of multiple project plans, allocation of project resources, and project progress reporting to management and external clients. Developed, maintained, and moved hosting of a 24/7 website, from Seattle to Virginia. Managed development of website for customers of regional chain pharmacies (e.g., www.drugfair.com). Customer Profiling. Led effort to develop system requirements, use cases and analysis model for first three releases of Wells Fargo's ECPR project. ECPR provided customer profiling, referral, and product bundling services that enable Wells Fargo to service and sell as an integrated financial services organization.

GEICO, Accelerated Web System. Developed project schedule and technical plan for Web based real-time automobile insurance quoting system. Project re-used existing components to avoid an estimated 50% of system development costs.

Technical Lead on GEICO's telephone sales support system, "SalesTalk". SalesTalk is a 3-tier, client/server system serving 2,000 sales counselors. SalesTalk went into production in 1998 and cut the time required to perform phone sales by 1/3Project Manager and Technical Lead for GEnie Online Re-engineering Project. The project developed a graphical user interface (GUI) client for Genie, an online service system then owned by General Electric Information Services (GEIS). Managed a $2 million performance support system for maintenance engineers at a commercial nuclear power plant. The Knowledge Assisted Tag-Out System combined expert systems, computer-aided drawing, database systems and a graphical user interface to support maintenance of equipment in a nuclear power plant. Technical Lead of team that delivered a computer-based training prototype for an electronics update to the Navy's P3 Orion. Customized Macintosh computer system using dual monitors in custom built cabinetry to simulate the electronics on the P3 Orion.Project Manager and Technical Lead of a team that customized, delivered and maintained Fossil Thermal Performance Advisor (FTPA, see below) systems for the utility industry.
