Encouraging mindful behavior with his clients has enabled him to produce measurable improvements in productivity inside many of his clients’ strategic initiatives. He has spent the last 30 years in and around simulations. Through his career, Ken has developed and implemented training simulations and courses in the following areas: Financial Selling, Building the Business Case, Sales Management Leadership, Strategic Management, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Successful Project Leadership, and Choosing the Appropriate Medium for Delivery of Organizational Development Interventions. Ken earned his MBA from Columbia University and his undergraduate degree in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University.
