I have decades of experience in human behavior, coupled with a Master's in Organizational Psychology. My expertise is in discovering how people work in organizations, and matching individuals with roles.Our company, Interactor Simulation Systems, provides interview customization as well as human behavior simulation and consulting to allow individuals and organizations to learn how to interact better with others. Focusing on crucial conversations and cognitive behavioral techniques we strive to improve performance and collaboration. We do this through a variety of services, but we always involve live performance grounded in validated psychological theory. Our premier service creates highly focused assessment interviews for clients based on Job Analysis and Interrogation Techniques grounded in Psychology.I started my work in project management and production. I have produced and directed for stage, video, simulation and live entertainment. I have more than a decade of experience managing everything from inventories and purchasing schedules to multi-level Digital Media productions and overseeing dozens of teams to create city-wide theatrical experiences.My goal is to expand the fields of simulation training and entertainment to include the unique and powerful discipline known as Interactive Performance.
