Demour Arlando Morris AKA Teknique was born July 31, 1989 St James hospital in Montego Bay. Moved to USA at the age of 8 and became a US citizen. Teknique always had a writing passion for poetry at an early age which later converted to music. Graduated from Treasure Coast High School class of 2008 in Port St Lucie Florida & attended Indian State River College as a major in business & engineering. After opening for big acts such as Beenie Man, Lady Saw, & NMB Stunnaz Teknique decided to drop out of college & take his music career to the next level. To do so, he moved to Kingston 11 Watahouse Jamaica and began working with super producer Trever "Baby G" James in 2010. Attended vocal training at Edna Manley College School of Music. An ambitious up-coming Dancehall/Reggae/HipHop artist. First profession music video premiered on Hype TV March 16, 2012 "Secret Crush" feat. Ant Man & Bonnie directed by Ron Elliot. Teknique is also featured on Yard Vibes ENT Barrowed Clothes Riddim. The first of much more to come.
