Momentary gratification is not worth it, nor is hopping around in search of greener pastures.What truly matters is the pursuit of everlasting greatness, which can only be achieved through an organic growth trajectory. There are no shortcuts, and this is how great organizations are built. I would rather be a Banyan tree, deeply rooted and enduring, than a fast-growing but short-lived bamboo.
