Overall responsibility for advising on payroll functions across three UK-wide sites, including year-end process improvement and provision of P11D.

Project and change management support of the delivery of new Oracle Fusion ERP system within the Council, performing a broad and complex range of duties including but not exhaustively: -Support the implementation team to ensure all National Terms and Conditions of Employment and Pension Scheme regulations are set up in the new system. - Manage data extraction from existing Business Objects - Assess data mapping to support data migration with detailed data analysis post migration to ensure 100% accuracy. - Collaborating with HR Business Analyst, I developed and managed a robust test plan for the Oracle ERP solution - With workforce team developed streamlined HR/Payroll processes.

Sole responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Falkirk Business Hub, which has 51office suites, a wellness centre, and a café. In addition to 6 meeting/seminar rooms for 4 to 59 people, along with a coworking hot desk area.• Single point of contact for all letting enquires.• Single point of contact for all Tenant issues / concerns.• Negotiation and preparation of all Tenant Licence Agreements for 51 suites.• Sole responsibility for devolved budget including aged debtors recovery.• Liaison with local Council and Scottish Assessor for all non-domestic rates issues.• Responsible for all Facilities contracts and repairs, including utilities / cleaning/ hygiene and waste management.• Responsible for all aspects of Fire Safety.• On call keyholder for all Intruder and Fire Alarm activations.• Sole responsibility for all on site IT and AV.Including programming of Managed Switch to sub divide Fibre Broadband, creation of Internal Networks and internal VOIP systems into all suites.• Responsible for all aspects of security including programming of door entry and CCTV systems.

Overall Objective was to look at future delivery models for Police Scotland coming in to effect in April 2013 and evaluate potential options. Leading to Payroll Manager role with responsibility for the effective and efficient provision of a payroll service as required by Scottish Police Authority for circa 23,000 employees (paybill of circa £900M). Responsibility for managing a payroll team based in eight locations across Scotland, consisting of c40 staff.
