Scrum master of two SAFe Scrum Agile teams delivering enhancements to the financial and credit analytics services of the CIQ and CIQ Pro platforms. Guide scrum team members to become self managed practitioners of scrum with emphasis on flow based metrics and delivery of working software. Mentor and coach junior scrum masters within the organization to aid in their understanding and development of agile/scrum based principles and values. Drive all essential Scrum meetings including stand ups, backlog refinements, iteration plannings, product demos, and retrospectives. Also assist with Agile Release Train (ART) level meetings including PI Planning, Train Demos, and Release Planning. Daily engagement with Product Owners to ensure a healthy backlog of User Stories. Build and monitor dashboards for all major agile metrics including velocity, commitment reliability, and utilization, and review them with the team to proactively identify and resolve issues with team performance and delivery.

Lead an agile team of 5 engineers to execute on a data center migration agenda, and a data protection strategy for AML, CTR, and case management applications.
