Interim Finance Manager on a 15 month assignment covering all aspects of Finance and accounting for all companies within the Full House Group. The group sold all the operating club by 31st March 2011. I stayed on to help the FD complete the audit and tax packs.

This role was to make 9 companies dormant within 3 months in time for the year end 31 March 2010. There were outstanding expense transactions that needed to be processed. Monthly management accounts were produced. Balance Sheets were reconciled and transferred to the acquiring company. Year end accounts prepared. Audit clearance optained. Tax pack completed by 30th June 2010
