With 17 years of experience in the building industry spanning a wide range of areas, Ken brings a wealth of expertise to his work. During his 10 years of experience in construction management, Ken gained insight into the importance of efficient management and the need for constant plan adjustments through effective communication. Currently, he leverages his dual experience by focusing on real estate developments to both assemble and oversee the required team of consultants, architects, and builders that best serves a project.Ken was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico in a Japanese immigrant household and has lived in the United States for over 20 years. Navigating between three languages and cultures from birth taught him the importance of good communication, not just through a shared language, but also through honoring others' beliefs and values.
