  Based on my own transformation experience of losing 62.5 lbs (and keeping it off for over 4 years now), years of learning, and lots of deep research; I show people how to completely change the way that think about losing weight and how they look at food. I do this by showing them how to completely side step the matrix health system out there. Because that system is keeping them stuck. I show people the right mindset to have around their journey and food so that once that scale starts moving and the weight is gone, it is gone for good because they have completely changed from the inside out. It's a lifetime marathon, NOT A DIET!
