Of course, this is all accomplished by building outstanding integrated teams across marketing, sales, operations, and technology (where it helps that I can discuss both the global implications of Star Trek and the expanded universe of Star Wars). Recently, I led a team to implement the required technologies and processes to connect the entire customer journey from prospect to client advocate, enabling 20%+ YoY top-line growth.
