Developed an automated framework to assist in the analysis and reproduction of customer issues. The framework, built in Python, helped analyze hypervisor configuration/log files and deploy similar machines.

Implemented research on power management in server farms by improving an existing prototype. Worked with C code and shell scripts to manage the power usage of a group of servers.
