A 10 year remote work veteran and 20 year customer success professional with experience in banking, restaurant, and retail technology industries. I believe the goal of customer success is in its name, helping customers succeed in their goals, improving revenue, eliminating redundancy, and providing excellent customer service to their own customers.Was an expert in banking compliance, and a financial advisor to customers looking to invest their money in the bank. After my time in the banking world, I became a customer and corporate trainer helping others learn the software. Creating training material and delivering internal and external trainings on a variety of topics, including product features, usage, and best practices.
