Ensure all project deliverables meet industry standards, including ASHRAE, LEED, and building code requirements.

Prepare and maintain commissioning records of site observations, pre-functional checklists and functional testing13. Fix the defects raised by the clients and Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD)14. Prepare bidding and tendering15. Identify project-specific prices for labor, equipment, and materials16. Prepare thorough quantity take-offs to ensure precise contract specifications and pricing
