He has participated in three company exits, including the acquisitions of Modern Hire (by HireVue; $XXXM, terms undisclosed) and SHL (by CEB; $660M). Dr. Ken Lahti is currently Chief Product Officer and a Founding Executive Team member at a seed-stage startup company. He recently served as Chief Product Officer at HireVue and prior to that at Modern Hire, where he was a key member of the exec deal team positioning the business for investment/acquisition. Ken was Chief Science and Innovation Officer at SHL, where he helped lead the transformation of the business under new private equity ownership. Ken was a Founding Board Member of Velocity Network Foundation, an HR-blockchain consortium. Ken was also Founder and CEO of Psychobabble, an AI assessment technology and advisory services startup.
