Managing the business and operations of the Lean Construction Institute of Canada (LCI-C).Providing document advisory services to the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) in the development of new CCDC contract forms and guides, while providing support to the CCDC Insurance and Surety subcommittees.Permanent secretary and staff support for the CCA Trade Contractors Council.Permanent secretary and staff support for the CCA Innovation and Technology Committee.

Responsibilities include:- Document assistance for the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC), including editing and facilitating review of CCDC documents. - Support to the CCA Standard Practices Committee. - Support to the CCA Innovation and Technology Committee; this includes monitoring, tracking and reporting on emerging trends in technology and innovation in the construction industry. - Permanent secretary to the Institute for BIM in Canada (IBC), a national joint-constituent organization dedicated to facilitating the adoption of building information modelling (BIM) in the construction, design, and facility management industries. - Support to the CCDC Insurance and Surety Subcommittees.

Responsibilities included:- Marketing and communications strategies of the Association, including planning and implementation. - Writing, shooting and editing video content for the association, hosted on their YouTube Channel.- Managing external and internal communications activities, including newsletters, e-newsletters, and magazines.- Work with the event planning department to delivery marketing plans for multiple, high-profile events, as well as working with speakers such as Chris Hadfield, Peter Mansbridge and Amanda Lang.- Ensuring sponsor needs and contractual agreements are met, alongside the maintenance of internal branding practices.- Overseeing the graphic design team to ensure marketing and communications products meet expected guidelines and standards.- Working with the public affairs and government relations department on related activities.- Managing several Association websites, utilizing different CMS platforms, including all social media for the association. - Acting as a staff liaison for the CCA Board of Directors Innovation and Technology Committee.

At 4-H Canada, our communications and marketing efforts were meant to achieve two objectives:1) To promote 4-H Canada, the organization and its programs; and2) To promote 4-H in Canada as a vibrant organization for youth across the country.Responsibilities include a range of communication and marketing activities, including:- The national 4-H magazine, L'avantage 4-H Advantage- The annual 'Show Your 4-H Colours' Event- National marketing initiatives- All website and social media activities- Media and public relations

Provide support for the Ottawa Senators communications department during NHL hockey games, as well as pre- and post-game. Responsibilities include:- Communicating and assisting local/national media as required.- Distribution of game notes, statistics and relevant information to media, management and players.- Providing updates during games on goals, penalties and other game notes.

Managed five monthly publications, including Ontario Construction Report, Ottawa Construction News, and GTA Construction Report. Work included,- Researching and writing editorial content- Researching and writing advertorial content- Managing freelance writers, and proofreading/editing their work- Determining the editorial content of each issue, and ensuring editorial quality

As a sales associate and store manager, responsibilities included:- Customer service and sales in all aspects of hard and soft goods. - Specialization in downhill skiing, and all service related to the industry.- Opening and closing the store, as well as managing cash outs and staff.
