Business Operations Manager
Current- Collaborate closely with across business functions such as Art, HR, Finance, Publishing and Marketing teams to facilitate smooth business operations to achieve business priorities, campaigns and initiatives planned- Support in the assessing & forecasting of business initiatives across the Company.- Support the product lifecycle of portfolio games in areas including but not limited to localization, QA, project management, and platform relations- Assist C-suite in managing monthly and quarterly performance metrics, identifying and driving key revenue and profitability initiatives- Lead/support continuous improvement efforts for processes, tools, metrics and trainings based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from stakeholders
