About Ken Lipper

I have been supporting a variety of client types, from the clerical staff through middle management and including the senior leadership of an organization for over 20 years. Over those years I have developed a wide skill set that covered many management and technical positions. Previous leadership roles I have performed included Service Desk Manager, Project Manager, Director of Field Services, and IT Services Lead. My goal was always to make the technology as transparent as possible so the clients could focus on their main job duties and not the equipment. I enjoy mentoring and teaching team members’ new technology and how to excel at their role. This often translates into a passion to introduce new and emerging technologies to streamline operations. As the lead technology master, I have hands-on responsibility and oversight for every piece of computing technology that came in contact with my clients. This included various portals or SaaS implementations, laptops, tablets, desktops, servers, switches, all manner of smartphones, along with several MDM tools such as Intune. I have handled IT infrastructure buildouts for new sites as well as facilities redesigns. I was responsible for the build out of our business continuity disaster recovery site.I have supported several nationwide equipment refresh projects, MS Office upgrade migrations. The most recent project was Office365 and cloud syncing with Microsoft’s OneDrive. Other recent migrations include Microsoft Teams including VOIP support.
