Over the past 20 plus years, I have helped start and sell several businesses, including ATMs, cybersecurity and disinfectant manufacturing (specifically in the Hypochlorous Acid ("HOCl") space). In 2017, after 20 years, we sold ATM Systems, our national network of Automated Teller Machines located in full-service hotels across the U.S. In August 2023, we sold Disinfexol LLC, a manufacturer of an EPA registered HOCl disinfectant, to Berkshire Corporation, a leader in contamination control manufacturing since 1967.As a current Director of Business Development, HOCl Markets for Berkshire Corp., my focus is on building this growth sector and capitalizing on the great opportunities within the HOCl space.
