We're entering an age of data storage and machine learning where we can make courses (for people) custom-tailored to the learner. That's what I'm going to do. I'm making the adjustable seat... but for learning. None of your employees, and none of your children, should ever be stuck in a seat reading a text when they're video learners... none should be watching a video when they're text learners... we can make outcome-based (not test-based) effective learning that works (whether aiming for a high school diploma, a promotion, or a new job) for everyone.
