Led two big digital media projects: built Competitor Intelligence Network and Competitor Intelligence Community of Practice SharePoint sites that included discussion groups, focus groups, collaboration tools for project teams, dashboards that tracked competitor performance, and shared resources. Redesigned interface for better user experience and compliance with brand standards. Collaborated with internal partners to design and produce ~100 page executive committee meeting materials for bi-monthly Strategy and Planning Committee meetings, Board of Directors meetings, Management Committee meetings, and Executive Leadership Team meetings. Edited graphics and visual content using PhotoShop and LightRoom to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Provided customer service to Bay Area hospitals and care facilities calling to find care for outpatients. Coordinated clinical care and rehabilitation for 1,000+ patients across the 7 PHH locations.
