• Lead recruiter for 4 business units: Legal; Finance, Tax & Accounting, Audit (CFO/Controllers’); Corporate Safety; Environmental Management Resources • Efficiently run a full cycle recruiting desk handling an average of 25 requisitions.• Partner with VP’s, Directors, Client Relations Consultants and Hiring Managers to recruit and hire the best talent quickly and at the lowest cost.• Initiated project to reduce use of third-party recruiters. Estimated 1st year savings to Company of $510,000.• Shortened average HR Lead Time by 32 percent. Assigned project to systematize and replicate these results for all Business Units. • Consult with Hiring Managers on talent availability, market conditions, job descriptions, and candidate selection.• Adhere to OFFCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) and AAP (Affirmative Action Plan) guidelines.• Conduct telephone pre-screens, prepare and extend offers, close candidates, submit and verify background checks and drug screens. • Utilize Continuous Improvement (CI) tools to improve recruiting process.• Process new hires, transfers, re-deployments, and promotions in SAP. • Review Hiring Manager’s interview guides to ensure adherence to human resources guidelines.• Provide weekly updates to Hiring Managers and Client Relations Consultants on status of requisitions. • Manage and partner with third party recruiting vendors.
