Responsible for all aspects of the mortgage origination channel. Includes sales and operations. In 2020 production increased over 40% while transitioning to a new LOS, on boarding a new team and updating all processes.

Responsible for the Mortgage Origination channel for DCCU. Since 2013 I have partnered with our leadership team to create innovative products to meet the needs of our community, collaborated with our Operations Manager to enhance our processes and communication and worked with our architecture team to create an automated communication system. I worked with these project teams to improve our mortgage delivery ultimately to provide a terrific mortgage experience for our members. On a daily basis I serve my team of mortgage advisors as a coach and mentor in an effort to ensure they meet their personal definition of success. I worked with our HR and Staff Development departments to create a mortgage rookie program. Successful graduates continue to serve our members and produce closed loans at a high level.

I was responsible for personal mortgage production for a specifi real estate office as well as self sourcing external referrals. As I branch manager my responsibilities also included recruiting, training/coaching and managing a team of mortgage loan officers. Our branch maintained a high customer satisfaction rating as well as profitability.

I was responsible for promoting PHH Mortgage to our real estate brands, educating agents and customers alike on mortgage financing as well as originating mortgage loans for our clients.

Opened this office as a joint venture with National City Mortgage and a Fredericksburg Area Home Builder. We provided residential home financing for clients of the builder as well as clients referred by local realtors.

I was responsible for marketing and originating residential mortgage loans. From start to finish, I took special care of my clients and my referral sources to make the process seamless and enjoyable.
