Since 2013 I have partnered with our leadership team to create innovative products to meet the needs of our community, collaborated with our Operations Manager to enhance our processes and communication and worked with our architecture team to create an automated communication system. I worked with these project teams to improve our mortgage delivery ultimately to provide a terrific mortgage experience for our members. On a daily basis I serve my team of mortgage advisors as a coach and mentor in an effort to ensure they meet their personal definition of success. I worked with our HR and Staff Development departments to create a mortgage rookie program. Successful graduates continue to serve our members and produce closed loans at a high level.
