I am a technology and people leader that’s future-focus with the ability to collaborate with both business and technology to achieve great outcomes for an organisation using technology as an enabler.As the Head of Applications, Information and Solutions at Victoria Legal Aid, my main responsibilities are:- Develop and maintain relationship with business leaders across the organization to collaborate and influence how technology can enable better client experiences and business outcomes.- Lead and manage a high performing team, developing their skills and capabilities to meet business needs and ensuring a culture of customer service excellence, continuous improvement and adherence to service level agreement targetsIn addition to that, having been a System and Application Compliance Manager, Solution Analyst, Application Developer, Technical Support staff, an IT Consultant and a Database Administrator with wide ranging responsibilities throughout my career, it gives me the opportunity to have a unique ability to understand and navigate through complex multi-disciplinary challenges with successful outcomes.
