In this role I am an integral part of the the Human Resources team for this Federally Qualified Health Center where we provide high quality, primary health care, women's health care, HIV care, care coordination, and specialty services such as dental, to the underserved communities of Manhattan. My primary responsibilities include Employee and Labor Relations, Human Capital Management Systems, Employee Onboarding and Benefits Administration.

I provide my clients with a wide range of services including Management Coaching, Employee Coaching, Labor Relations Support, Workplace Investigations, Training and Leadership Development, Human Resources Strategic Planning, Human Resources Operations and Services, Total Rewards Services, and Talent Acquisition. I have had a 30+ year career with key roles in Healthcare organizations in both For Profit and Not-for-Profit settings such as: Community Healthcare Network, Aptium Oncology, Inc., Hebrew Home at Riverdale, Strang Cancer Prevention Center, Kingsboro Medical Group, St. Joseph Services for Children and Families, Professional Resources of New York, and New York Presbyterian Hospital.

New York City SHRM is SHRM's first and longest existing local chapter. NYC SHRM is a Super Mega Chapter containing over 1,400 members. I am currently the Immediate Past President of this great chapter and I have served in several volunteer capacities.

Established the Human Resources function for this 450 employee, 4 location, Brooklyn-based group practice HMO. Primary responsibilities included Recruitment, Employee and Labor Relations, and Regulatory Compliance.

Managed the Employment function for this child and family services agency where we provided care for children who experienced or were at high risk for abuse and neglect.

Managed the Human Resources function for this nursing and allied health profession per-diem staffing agency.

Provided new employee orientation and on-going in-service training to the clerical staff assigned to the Ambulatory Nursing Department (110 employees)
