About Ken Kirby

I am Old School manufacturing. I started working in my family’s business at an early age learning to run manual machines. A lot has changed over the years. The CNC department here at Manufacturing Services has the latest multi-axis mill/turn machines and milling machines. We also have one of the best CAM systems (PartMaker) to process the parts that we run on them. My focus has changed over the years from making parts to making sure that the parts that we make are the very best, and that the customer is happy with everything that we do. We pride ourselves on working well with engineering departments to develop prototypes, to running medium and high quantity lots of precision parts. We have three departments here at MSI:CNC Machining: both mill/turn and millingScrew Machining for higher volume turningPlastic Injection Molding: both thermoplastic and thermoset We are a job shop and would like to be of service.
