With a shared vision for creating the best dynasty fantasy football resource, the Fantasy Sports Enterprises, LLC partnership launched Dynasty League Football in 2006. My responsibilities included the design and construction of the original site, growth through SEO and marketing, as well as the creation of the active and engaged community. We have navigated the website through several redesigns and hosting changes, an online payment processing & membership system, several new lines of content, and the development of an industry-leading player ranking web application. Together the ownership team has successfully championed the dynasty format of fantasy football and facilitated the continued growth of dynasty in the fantasy football industry.In January of 2021, Fantasy Sports Enterprises, LLC and DynastyLeagueFootball.com were acquired by Betsperts Media and Technology Group. We navigated this complex transaction to a successful conclusion, and continue to work at Betsperts to integrate DLF into the broader Betsperts business plan and align growth with strategic objectives.Continuing roles include;* Managing ongoing development of the website and all related technologies which power DynastyLeagueFootball.com. * Expanding the DLF brand through SEO, social media, and online advertising.* Building multiple content distribution channels including YouTube videos, podcasts, community forums such as Discord and phpbb, and our newsletters.

Manage the IT strategy and operations for our northwest based commercial real estate firm. Reporting to the COO, my role as the Technology Manager includes;• Plan, coordinate, and manage all technology systems and services for one of the premier commercial real estate companies in the pacific northwest. • Provide strategic direction and support for IT solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. • Identify organizational technology needs, research solutions, manage implementation and facilitate transition and adoption.• Ensure maximum uptime for all critical system.• Develop policies and procedures for a rapidly changing technology environment including BYOD, remote access and VPN.• Interact with all levels of the organization to identify technology needs and champion creative solutions.• Manage WAN environment and connectivity for three primary regional offices and numerous small satellite locations.

Redesigned corporate website and developed Columbia's first Intranet service. Managed all internet services including email, ftp, etc. Managed internet security services including the corporate firewall, VPN, email security, web filtering and anti-spam services. Also performed essential Network administration and management duties.
